DR. AZAHARI OTHMAN
BSc. (Marketing Mgmt), MBA (Organizational Architecture & Management Consulting), and DBA (Business Administration) |
Dr Azahari is among the distinguished speakers in the training industry in Malaysia. He began his retail management career in one of the leading retail organizations of Dayton Hudson Group in America, and later joined and managed few established retail organizations in Malaysia. Azahari’s extensive experience in retail business operations & management together with his skills and knowledge in corporate management as well as human development are excellent scaffoldings on which he progressed to become a trainer of many motivational, management, and retail skill training programs for both management and non-management of private organizations and government agencies.
The founder and international speaker of ‘The Barefoot Principle of Management by Love: Inspiring and Motivating Employees for Higher Productivity and Profitability’, Azahari’s philosophy has become an effective holistic approach in the management of relationships particularly in the area of Corporate Team Building Program, Leadership Skills Program, Customer Service & Relations Program, Entrepreneurship Program, Personal Development & Motivation Program, Executives & Managerial Development Program, and few others.
Azahari’s professional ability as a speaker and trainer together with his high energetic style of presentation has made each program so exciting, motivating, and inspiring. His styles of delivery had encouraged active participation from the audiences and this has made him a much sought after speaker by many corporations, associations and the media. He has appeared in several TV programs for example TV3’s live show ‘Malaysia Hari Ini’, ASTRO’s talk shows and BERNAMA’s ‘Helo Malaysia’ talk shows.
He had also appeared in Malaysian Internet TV’s ‘Power Breakfast’ live talk show broadcasted to 40 countries worldwide. Few of his articles on ‘Management by Love’ were also published in several local magazines. Azahari’s other great achievements was his appointment as a motivator and trainer for the popular TV reality program ASTRO’s Akademi Fantasia 3 (AF3) in 2005, and again selected for Akademi Fantasia 5 (AF5) in 2007.
Lovingly known as Dr.LUV, Azahari is a person with high inspiration & motivation. He always believes that a person must be highly motivated with a strong will and desire, in order to achieve his dream. PUTERI AFROZE AHMED KAMIL

Puteri Afroze has a degree in Accounting from the Association of International Accountant, UK and also a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Cross University, Australia. She also holds a Certified Islamic Financial Planner (IFP), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Registered Financial Planner (RFP) qualifications and is the is the Principal Consultant in IIFIN Planners a company providing Islamic financial planning services and consultancy.
Her interest in Financial Planning started in the year 2000 when Financial Planning was initially introduced to the industry. After her exposure in the insurance and unit trust industry, she later teamed up with the other co-founder to start a Financial Advisory practice with a mission to provide holistic financial services. Her quest for knowledge in the financial advisory leads her to seek the necessary credentials to become a Certificate Planner. IIIN later expended its services to takaful and shariah advisory consultancy.
As consulting partner, she is involved in consultation work of several Takaful companies. In her professional work, her concentration is in the field of personal financial planning where she specializes in risk management and Islamic estate planning. She has been involved in providing training in the area of Islamic Financial Planning locally and in Brunei. She is also a panel speaker for AKPK, an agency under Bank Negara Malaysia, in conducting briefing on Financial Planning to the National Service Trainees all over Malaysia.
During her service with Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengururusan Kredit (AKPK), she was instrumental in the development of Financial Planning module for the IPTAs. She conducted briefings to colleges and universities students on ‘Prudent Spending for University Students’. She developed the module on Financial Planning for the National Service Trainees and was involved in training the panel speakers to represent AKPK.
She also conducted various briefings to the public which includes the government bodies and private companies on ‘Prudent Debt Management’ and ‘Retirement Planning’ and also conducted seminars and workshops on Islamic Financial Planning. She also provided training on ‘Prudent Financial Planning’ to Women Entrepreneur Group which is a a programme under the United Nation Development Programme (UNDP).
Puteri Afroze has more than 20 years of working experience in various organization which encompassed finance, budgeting and planning, financial analysis, corporate finance and corporate communications. Prior to joining IIFIN, she was heading the Corporate Finance division in the largest steel manufacturing outfit in Malaysia.

JALINI ALIAS

Miss Jalini Alias started her own English-Improvement regimen when she was 8 years old. By the time she reached secondary school, her English scores had far outstripped her peers. Recognizing her talent, her teachers applied for special permission for her to sit for her English 1119 examinations during her Form 4 instead of Form 5. She proceeded to score A1 for that examination, the first in the history of her school to do so.
Miss Jalini accepted her first Malay-English translation project during that same year. Due to her specialized skills, she has garnered front-line and back-room positions where English proficiency is a key factor for success. She has made presentations and negotiated sales, she has designed and written various marketing documents, company profiles, drafted contracts and agreements, and communicated with the public in various capacities. Her lastheld position was as Vice President IMARCOM (Integrated Marketing & Communication), where she used her skills to promote her organization in the print media.
Having been asked many times on how she has succeeded in improving her English skills, Miss Jalini finally designed and delivered various types of English programs to share her methods with others. These programs are the result of years of study, personal experience and research into English skills in its various forms. She is also in the final stages of publishing
her book “Speak English at Work” which will be the first of her “Speak English” series. Miss Jalini holds a Certificate in Translation, a Diploma in Architecture, a Diploma in Information
Systems, an MBA and is presently gearing herself up for her Doctorate. |

Niza started out as a Graduate Teacher for the MARA school system in Malaysia. His teaching style and methods has earned him the reputation of being a focused and an innovative educator. He believes learning is life-long and is a two-way process involving numerous
supportive components integrated to fully benefit the students.
He left the public service to join a Korean manufacturing company as a Senior Executive in Training and Development where he received training in Organizational Development in South Korea prior to heading the Management Innovation Department. He later took up other managerial positions with an American tire company, a local telecommunications company, and was made HR Director for a legal organization. He is convinced employees are responsible for their own development in their organizations.
Consequently, employers are equally responsible to provide that opportunity for their employees. A winning organization would require Thinking and Self-Directed Employees. He believes “Winning Employees Make Winning Organizations”. He is currently pursuing his MBA in Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands.
